I'm guessing he forces the card pick and it is torn in a way he can reproduce relatively accurately. It's funny that it all seems totally impossible if you assume it is all trickery...but it is quite probable he really does regurgitate frogs and sew his mouth together. I hope the needle was properly sterilised....What this man does to himself, really...
