Traffic patterns are like this (both human and auto) throughout most of the country.

Looks safe. Although it does remind me of a street I drive down fairly often, people just running across the street with cars going way faster than this video.

It amazes me how some parts of the world have not figured out traffic laws and rules.

They've figured them out. They just have too many people to effectively care and/or enforce them.

I didn't shoot this video, but I've been there, and it's like that. I especially remember the honking. It never stops. Maddening.
