What is with the accent on the newscaster starting the clip? It sounds like Jack Black/Kyle Gass doing "I believe in Gawd" at the end of the Tenacious D album.

If you manage to squeeze a Dukes of Hazard reference, a Dale Jr. shoutout, and a coonskin cap into a ten-second eye-witness report… you might be a redneck. -DW
