Adding video to channels (Law, Wheels) - requested by kulpims.

Ya and speeding down a sidewalk past a school. He deserved a punch in the head.

The kid was driving a moped, which is legally allowed to go around 28mph. I suspect he's stopping the kid to check if the moped's been tuned(which it obviously has).

Transcript:
(I'll skip the repeated greetings)
Cop:
"From the police, good day. Follow that moped."
Kid:
"ok." proceeds to try to run away like the tard he is.

after the chase:
Cop:
"Get on the ground!"
Kid:
"fuuuu"
Cop:
"God damn this stuff, these *unclear* can't god damn keep upright. They don't know how to drive, fuck. Are you all...are you really that fucking poor at driving? Turn that camera off --"

Either through poor translation or clever titling, I was expecting him to get away and was pleaseantly surprised! (Maybe you can tell from my icon I'm a two-wheeled aficionado; keep it safe people.)
