Cocoa Locale: The Best Cakes in Montreal!

I used to live opposite this amazing little bakery in Montreal called Cocoa Locale. It's run by Reema Singh and I'm convinced she makes the best cake on the planet. I've put on 30lbs since I moved to Canada, and I'm sure this store contributed at least 15 of them.
