Close Call - a short film about war

Although this is an actual clip from the front, it has a very cinematic feel to it.

This comment from reddit says it better than I can:

"For some reason, this felt like a 1-minute short film, but in a good way.

It tells a personal story of a small event. The way he pointed "Hey... you see that?" and the explosion following afterwards. They were so close to death... and then their soldier instincts kick in.

Even with the lack of dialogue (excluding the singing), you can sense the two soldier's relationship: the singing, the smoking, their body postures, the hand to push his buddy down."
Lawdeedawsays...

Ah--I remember standing in a freezing paper-thin-walls shower with mortars coming down in my "camp." My nuts were shriveled, but my pride wouldn't let me take cover on the shower floor. So I stood. *quality
