Wallace Calls Obama's Whitehouse a Bunch of Crybabies

On Friday night, "Fox News Sunday" host Chris Wallace was a guest on Bill O'Reilly to complain about President Obama's decision to skip Fox News when he makes the rounds of the Sunday news programs to push health care reform. - Huffington

If Bush can stand in front of an NAACP crowd (a biased, useless, outdated and racist organization) then Obama should be able to handle a few FOX interviews.

As Obama is not used to conflict or being challenged, he cannot.

^Didn't their network refuse to air his presidential address to the nation?

Well, not exactly. I found this on the internets:

'Wilshire & Washington reports that the network issued a statement: "The Fox Broadcasting Company will not air the Presidential Address to Congress on Wednesday, September 9 at 8:00 PM (ET). FOX's sister networks, Fox News Channel and the Fox Business Network will air the presidential address in its entirety. FOX will alert viewers with an on-screen graphic at the top of the 8:00 PM (ET) hour that the presidential address is available on Fox News Channel and the Fox Business Network." '

It is the affiliates that didn't show it. I don't know what that means -- since ABC and all the other channels only have the one channel, it makes sense to me that they wouldn't tie up all their independent stations with something that they are broadcasting on their News and Business Network channel.

This is the kind of distortion that gripes my tookis. I am finding that I am having to double check everything I hear and read. So much is taken out of context, on both sides. I don't trust anyone anymore.

It certainly is teaching me critical thinking, though. I am so attuned to the nuance of the practiced omission. What AREN'T I being told?

Having said that, when Fox News was the only channel that the President watched, when they were the Golden Boys for Bush, they were perfectly happy that other channels were iced out. Now that they are iced out.... poop on them. I say poop on them.

I am no fan of Fox News.

Mr. Obama only wants to talk to real journalists. Not lap dogs of the GOP. Maybe Fox News should hire some honest journalists, not hacks who got fired out of real news jobs to appear on their 'program'.

Mr. Obama does not seem to want to lower himself, or the office he represents, to the same level as Fox News. Can you blame him?

So, okay, their view is that they're fair and balanced, but then they dedicate a segment to calling the President names because he thinks their coverage is biased, and has decided not to grant them an interview?

Who the hell is the crybaby here, exactly?
