Water, it is running script. Xingshu. Many scrolls contain this type of calligraphy.

Cool! But WTF is the WTF tag for? What am I missing here? What happened in that video is so unexpected, so unbelievable that you need to add it to WTF? Was it that it was in a different language? That you didn't know other cultures and nations had written language. Or was it that wet things leave trails on dry surfaces?
