Wow, that cat is seriously confused or way too old to care anymore.

I hope that kitty is declawed. He could accidentally maim or kill his hamster friend. Cats instinctively chase small animals like this. If kitty does accidentally kill his friend, it can be seriously emotionally traumatising for the cat.
