pipp3355says...*comedy cuz i laughed and found it funny. and i welcome an explanation of this.. bearing in mind we have no evidence of there being a moth or that the cat is trying to communicate.
siftbotsays...Gold Star invocations (comedy) cannot be executed by pipp3355 because pipp3355 is not a Gold Star member - sorry.
maudlinsays...Isn't that just the typical "Prey! I see prey! Prey!Prey!Prey!" chittering noise cats make?
pipp3355says...i dunno, i've never owned a cat.. don't know much about them
swampgirlsays...This is in the wrong collective! Accept my invite or incur my wrath.
lisacatsays...I think maudlin's right, pipp3355. It sounds like an odd variation of the repressed chitter chatter of an excited domesticated carnivore! Nicely filmed video too...
quantumushroomsays...Tut still rules.

qualmsays...Kitty is trying to jam dinner's radar.
moodoniasays...I heard its something cats do when stalking prey to prepare or stretch out their jaw muscles for a killer bite to the neck. I dont think moths have a neck but I doubt cats give it much thought...
garshsays...Sounded like an attempt at echolocation to me.
The cat thinks it's a bat.
antsays...maudlin: You're a cat. You tell us!
pipp3355says...wooo! another upvote from ant! thanks ant.. clearly i must be doing something right!! i've published 25 sifts now but i'm still a burly bronze.. do i hafta get 26 before i become a shiny silver?
