longdesays...The second guy was asking for it, with those provacative shorts.
Zifnabsays...*british
siftbotsays...Adding video to channels (British) - requested by Zifnab.
dystopianfuturetodaysays...They never learn, do they? Instead of squirming, just give him a big friendly hug. When he gets dirty, just say 'I don't know much about that subject'.
vairetubesays...that stuff is always hilarious... such primitive reactions are unproductive, and cohen always does a great job exposing them
robdotsays...how do they not know who he is???
rougysays...I hate to say it, but I'm not a fan of his.
He's kind of an attention whore who won't think twice about exploiting somebody if it means he can get a laugh.

He comes off that ways for the movies but on the TV show I didn't get the same impression. I thought he was good at exposing people for who they are. Some people passed the test like I was impressed with how Noam Chomsky was patient and good humored (http://www.videosift.com/video/Ali-G-interviews-Noam-Chomsky), other people just got nasty when pressed.

They get nasty because they know that he's not serious. He's clowning around and he's using them as a prop for his schtick.
I haven't watched a lot of S.B. Cohen, so take this with a grain of salt.

You're way off man. Why would they get nasty if he's clowning around? All it does is make you look like an awkward idiot with no sense of humor or wit.
Triumph the insult dog is an excellent example of how people act when they know the interviewer is not serious, and is just using them for their schtick. Most of the time people try to laugh it off and play along; it's nothing like how they react to SBC.
Fusionautsays...hahaha, I like how they both mention going home to their wives
Kruposays...This wasn't his best viral promo clip. <shrug/meh>

Cohen, is a master at pushing people out of their comfort zones and exposing their true selves.
They get nasty because they are nasty people, regardless of the facade they try to project. That's why so many of them try to sue him after the fact; they're pissed that the world got to see them as they truly are.

my dad hates him for that reason, but he exposes pretty shitty people on the most part, so I hardly care.
rottenseedsays...Secular music eats at my soul! CHOW DOWN SECULAR MUSIC, THIS FEAST IS FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!!
Razorsays..."I like woman..."
lol, perfect response =D
mickd1337says...they are both going home to their wives yet don't wear wedding rings. strange, especially for crazy christians.
Kreegathsays...What part of them is he really exposing? The part which deals with situations in which they've in good faith agreed to an interview with what they've been led to believe is a serious, vaguely relevant reporter of some kind, only to find an outrageous buffoon trying to ridicule them?
OK, so these guys obviously aren't that eloquent or quick at thinking on their feet. However, do you think they were expecting anything of the sort of questions they got, or the interviewer for that matter? Seems like they went with the "deer caught in headlights"-approach of just sitting there instead of either have fun with the ridiculous situation or end the interview.
kymbossays...Ali G's interview with Madonna is priceless. She works him out early, retains her composure and gives it back with interest. In the end, you can see his respect for her. I think he ended up in her subsequent film clip.
Can't find it on youtube. Someone should sift it if they find it.
