I don't know the ins-and-outs of the dupe rules, but this one isn't region blocked if makes a difference.

Technically, not a dupe. If a video contains more or less than another one then it is not a dupe. Also, as Lumm pointed out, this one isn't region blocked.

It is a dupe if it's only shorter than another video, unless it makes a big difference, for instance a Long video to a short clip, for instance the Bill Hicks standup-show, which is both here in its entirety and in smaller bits.

The regionblock is not really covered by the dupe rules. I think the best way is to make a link in the other post that points to the youtube video here, and discard this.
