It's so true that there is no left-wing party in America. That's one of the benefits of the multi-party system that many European countries have. Even if parties move around in the spectrum there will always be left-wing parties if there is enough support. One of the trade-offs is that parties can become too splintered and it's hard to form a coalition.

I remember a time where people were worried about making of a president who was just cool. What would they make fun of?

The answer: just keep making fun of Bush.

^ I'm not sure if you and I watched the same video. I saw a Bush jab in there, but I also saw a pretty strong condemnation of Obama and the Democrats.

Both are very warranted, in my view.
