The band doing this cover is called Chingon (Mexcian slang meaning "badass") and the guitarist is Robert Rodriguez.

Also, Sonny Chiba FTW... best scene in the whole movie.

There was a rumour that Tarantino was going to make a part 3 where Nikki (Viveca Fox's daughter) grows up and comes looking for revenge on the Bride. Wonder if we'll ever see that.
