a friend of mine worked a summer there. he had lots of interesting stories about how they are trained to uphold the illusion, and lots of interesting details they were drilled on about customer service.
for example, the cast memebers in costumes have some other staff that trail after them, and they have lots of secret hand signals for for example "i just puked in my costyme" or "i am fainting from the heat" because no child is to see a mickey withouth head or someone performing cpr(is that what it is called) on donald
