EDDsays...Things I learned today:
-Basketball isn't cool by default.
-How to enjoy your own company.
-Town hall meetings are a great place for calling your wife a c*nt.
honkeytonk73says...lol
my15minutessays...i'll take that as a 'yes'.
MINKsays...that was SUCH a yes. that was an old man scanning his brain for a way not to answer the question. why not say "no"? I know I would say "no" immediately, and kinda half laugh at the guy, and screw up my eyebrows in disbelief. Because i never called my wife a cunt.
i can't actually believe this, i missed the story, this is like, weird. is this real? i feel totally noobed out by this. i thought it was a joke when i saw the newsteam parody clip.
winkler1says...background story - "The Real McCain by Cliff Schecter, which will arrive in bookstores next month, reports an angry exchange between McCain and his wife that happened in full view of aides and reporters during a 1992 campaign stop."
bcglorfsays...I'm not up on the comments he made, but would think it's relevant which wife he made them to. Considering he divorced his first wife after getting back from being a POW, he probably said a lot of things in private that sure wouldn't look good in the papers. Does anyone else know if these comments were even made in public or not? Sorry, but to me this sounds a lot like the attacks on Bill Clinton over his private life, except even less relevant for having occurred in the distant past.
jwraysays...get the witnesses to sign affidavits or it didn't happen.
Trancecoachsays...John called Cindy a trollup and a cunt, but it wasn't because she stole drugs from her charity to support her addiction.
omnistegansays...The question was in poor taste but he should still answer it. Surely the asker could have re-phrased the question to remove the explitive.
