She stayed poised, and resorted to honesty, always charming.

Agreed, gargoyle. What we see here is a girl taking an oral foreign-language exam in her underwear in front of a stadium full of people. She stumbles but recovers gracefully. Much harder than delivering the perfectly executed platitude that was asked for. I reckon she nailed it.

Yeah. Me- not a fan of pageants, think they're quite horrible, actually. I'm a big fan of schadenfreude in circumstances like this, but she handled herself quite well in difficult circumstances.

I'd still say she's coinfident, as she said of herself, but clearly not overconfident - which is healthy I think.
