Looks more like the co-pilots view to me.

The slow speed of the aircraft, the windshield wipers and the side-by-side pilot co-pilot configuration suggest that this plane is a COD (Carrier On-board Delivery) aircraft, a propellor aircraft that delivers mail and lighter supplies.

Actually sounds like the engines gunning in reverse to stop the plane.

i'm pretty sure propellor aircraft don't sound like jet engines (like that vid does)

I'm suprised there's no chatter in the plane with the landing crew onboard the carrier.

i'm pretty sure they pilots have to throttle UP when touching down on a carrier, like seeknowsage said, just in case.
