Isn't this from some old school blaxploitation film, I seem to recall having seen rib guy, as a chris rock entry in imdb.

and there it is in the subject, get you sucka.... i couldn't find this at my local block buster, or on the interwebs... suppose i should check into net flicks.

It's a blaxploitation send-up called "I'm Gonna Git you Sucka", and it's damn funny.
