For more than two decades, Louie the Lightning Bug has been associated with electrical safety by children across North America. Louie was created in 1983 by two major electrical utilities for a children's electrical safety campaign. Here he warns kids not to play near power lines.

I KNEW your avatar was familiar, all these months I've been sitting here trying to remember the name of that lightning bug!... this psa was on during all my cartoons when I was a kid.
