A 200,000 women Boobquake?

A Muslim cleric, Kazem Sedighi, was quoted in the Chicago Tribune: "Many women who do not dress modestly, lead young men astray, corrupt their chastity and spread adultery in society, which (consequently) increases earthquakes."

Purdue student, Jen McCreight, challenged the cleric on her blog and a Facebook page encouraging women to show some cleavage Monday, April 26 and see if they could incite an earthquake. The idea obviously is to challenge a culture that oppresses female sexuality.

"We'll have more on that tonight at 11, plus a reaction from men about what they think."

Wow, hard at work aren't you guys.

Do you really need to ask men what they think? It's hardly a cliffhanger, "Oh my god, I have to stay up and watch the 11 news to find out what men think about boobs!"

Okay ladies, the cleric said "Many women who do not dress modestly, lead young men astray, corrupt their chastity and spread adultery in society, which (consequently) increases earthquakes."

He clearly means it's sex with chaste young men that causes the earthquakes.

When you organize a day of that, I suspect even Christian "clerics" will start a fuss about it.

Chaste young men will praise God if you do it, though.
