OK, I have to say, "Number 9 is not funny!"
I can say this because, I worked at a store that had a public washroom, and this actually happens (more often than you would think). Guess who gets to clean it out?!

Not only that, but what stupid F*** ever thinks this is an option?
(Sorry for the profanity!)

#7 made me cringe. Also, I agree with Sagemind about #9: it happens, and when you have to clean it you just want to take the culprit by the head and stuff their face in it.

Over 800 instances of human waste are reported in San Francisco each month. This does not aid tourism in the city. Thankfully, Oakland-based ecological engineering company Hyphae Design Laboratory has come to flush the problem away, reports the San Francisco Huffington Post.
