Listened to the audio. I can't believe how unprofessional that TSA moron was. Two swear words in the same sentence, in the first five minutes. Clown should be fired. If a federal employee is dealing with an American citizen who has broken no laws, they should act as if they were on live news. Hey - a couple of things - I have no deputy powers to fix people's names and I also have no clue how to do it.
