Track him down with his plate, arrive uninvited at his home, find his vehicle, and disable or otherwise vandalize it alla, felt-tip-penis-on-forehead-while-drunk-and-passed-out, and teach the cunt a lesson no cop can by citing him.

Years ago....Guy threw dip-spit out his window and it hit my windshield and got all over my arm-Ran his plates, arrived at his home, car in front, he got a gallon of Penetrol rubbed on with gloves like a glaze from bumper-to-bumper. Paint me with spit, you need a new paint job. He may have learned his lesson....Left a cup of dip-juice-looking stuff on top of his car.

seems like he was surprised the back windshield broke so easily and played it off as though he expected that to happen.. but decidedly exited stage-left when he realized it was worse vandalism than he'd anticipated...

Now all needs to do is take out the guy following with a cell phone conversation.

TBH I think she is fine.

The car hit the windshield (didn't shatter) and it didn't seem to crush the front of the car. Then the car rolled from the force of the blow. If she got crushed the car would have just been sitting on top of her car and she would not be rolling like that.

I think the offending vehicle just bounced right off of her or she bounced right off of it. Scary as hell and she was upside down, but I believe she way okay.

Whatever reason you have for wearing a seat belt, it goes double for open topped vehicles, at least they didn't have a windshield to crash through.
