Bonus- Trump’s Georgia RICO case codefendent Trevion Kutti’s lawyers both withdrew from the case because she can’t pay them (she claimed one was willing to come back, but he was still on the zoom meeting and told the judge absolutely not unless she found the cash first, then she declined a public defender. This means, unless she can find a lawyer prepared to defend her in a 4 week minimum public RICO case involving treason for free with absolutely nothing to gain for them, she’s going into it with no representation. If she’s found guilty, thanks to RICO so is Trump. The house of cards is falling! 😂

Trump argued in court that a president could order seal team 6 to murder his political rival and would be 100% immune from prosecution (unless he was first impeached) because ordering seal team 6 is an official action of the president which Trump’s team is arguing makes him immune until impeached, and that a president cannot be impeached after leaving office, meaning if you commit the treason or murder (or any crime at all) so near the end of your term you can’t be impeached before leaving office you get off Scott free…even if you leave early to escape prosecution.

Hate to tell you, they’re 100% wrong and they are going to lose…one of the judges asked the question about assassinations using seal team 6. Trump’s lawyer fucked the infantile answer so badly it’s now being forced to carry his stillborn progeny to term.

Note, if they say he’s not guilty of the 91 counts not because he didn’t do them but because absolute presidential immunity is a thing, Biden can have him assassinated tomorrow as an official act and as long as it stays classified until January, no crime no foul! Trump also argued he could pardon himself, so Biden could do that too….if Trump “wins” in court.

What’s hilarious is they clearly haven’t thought it through at all….if his argument wins AND he wins the presidency (and isn’t assassinated on Jan 6), his entire term will be impeachment hearings over the 91 felony charges he’s facing because he will be president again and double jeopardy doesn’t apply because he was never in jeopardy before since these cases get thrown out without prejudice. Winning in court and winning the ballot is a HUGE LOSS for Trump…unless he immediately quits and his vp pardons him.

As a bonus, Trump’s team presented “new evidence” (not allowed) in his appeal that was an anonymous undated fake “election fraud report” actually drafted by his own team member, Liz Harrington, not election fraud experts, and it’s chock full of arguments that have already failed in court…that and his own tweets.

Trump has lost his appeal of the second Carrol case based on absolute presidential immunity.
His lawyers forgot to assert it as a defense 3 years ago …another huge “L” for Trump in court thanks to unbelievably shitty lawyers. Sometimes you get the attorneys you deserve.

Also, Cheesboro kept texts in his phone where he mentions knowing that the fake electors and their “certifying documents” that the White House supplied are highly illegal and need to be altered, and the texts where a campaign aid told him not to change them to make them contingent on the real electors being tossed in each state, don’t change a thing “fuck those guys” was the answer, and he didn’t.

There’s intent for the Jan 6 case….undeniable knowledge that what they were doing was illegal well before they tried the scheme.

As a bonus, Jack Smith reportedly somehow has AND CRACKED Trump’s secret White House cell phone (and 3 co-conspirators’ phones) with all the texts and emails from Jan 6. (As a reminder the White House illegally made no records of any calls or texts made on Jan 6 in a clear attempt to hide their actions from that day, and were found to have used personal private cell phones to communicate during the coup, phones that had to be seized with warrants and that they all refused to “unlock”). He refused to testify behind closed doors before a sham pure partisan impeachment hearing at least until it’s legitimized with a vote (why would he?), a vote MAGA won’t hold because they know they don’t have the votes to start an inquiry (or that if they do, it will cost them multiple seats in swing districts), but he was still willing to testify before the sham “impeachment inquiry” despite it being illegitimate if it was a public hearing.

Republicans said fuck no, but can’t explain why they don’t want the public hearing what he actually says, despite saying for years that that’s what they want, publicly or privately. They backtracked because they don’t want any part of this “inquiry” to be public because every bit of it is utter nonsense and they know it will destroy them if it comes out that this made up stupidity and baseless claims with absolutely no evidence is all they’ve done for the last 3 years.
