There's 10 of us and only 2 of you
It was a surprisingly good movie. The presentation was a little too slick though. I thought at the time the old Stallone version got the better feel to the comic.
John Wick: Chapter 2 - Official Trailer – Wick Goes Off
John Wick scratched that "assassin movie itch" for me. I still like Stallone's Assassins (1995).
The Mountain learns true power from champion armwrestler
Well according to the clip of Stallone's arm wrestling show, apparently drinking automobile oil before a match does NOT make you stronger or better at it (much like Popeye and a can of spinach). BUT, it does seem to show that it has the ability to induce a superpower allowing a seemingly normal person to become schizophrenic...
BTW, I said superpower rather than mental illness, because from the schizophrenic individual's perspective he is surely battling Hell's most dangerous beasts, demons, and devils. Merely with the power of his arm wrestling techniques backed up by the miniature fission based nuclear reactor in his gut. It also leaves him in a perpetual manic state, where much like the Lego Movie, "Everything Is Awesome"...
I imagine that he may upgrade to a mixture of anti-freeze and power steering fluids; absolutely logical.

Dredd Speech - I Am The Law
I love the fact Urban had the balls to do the entire movie in helmut. That could have been the one saving grace of Stallone's version, but he pussied out.

Stallone's Dredd is the only Dredd-related thing I ever saw or read, which is why I wasn't particularly interested in any other versions of it ever since.![](https://videosift.com/vs5/emoticon/wink.gif)
i dont know if you ever saw stallones dredd but it was bad..i mean BAAAAD.the remake is damn near perfect.fast paced and really keeps the tone of the graphic novel/comic.
i think you will enjoy it immensely.

This article over at Truthout is a rather interesting read, albeit a bit long:
A bit heavy on the eco-socialism, but a decent read nonetheless.
Also, the interrogation scene you posted convinced me to give Dredd a shot tonight.
judge dredd-interrogation scene
I like Carl Urban. Damn good Dredd frown. He also had the balls to never take the helmet off. You just know Stallone demanded to have his face seen.
Lena Headey was spectacular in it as well. Was amazed at her makeup. Thought they cast someone with massive scars until I realized who it was.

Made a film that made me reach for tissue.
Was so fucking dark,
You could hear Stallone bark
But not see you, poor doggie, I miss you.
crafting a Patek Philippe 5175R Grandmaster Chime Watch
I personally think it's a beautiful watch, but even if I were Bill-Gates-rich, I wouldn't buy such an excessive luxury item. Obviously this isn't the only watch that Patek Philippe make - it's just meant to be a show piece, the best of the most complicated pure mechanical watches. The watch itself is a marketing tool (Look at what we can do - surely our $5000 watches are better than $5000 Rolex!)
It wasn't made for a Saudi prince, unless it comes in a color other than gold. Maybe someone with such large wrists as Kim Dotcom...
Celebrities like Schwarzenegger or Stallone wouldn't wear this watch because it's not manly enough.
A tour of the British Isles in accents
Check Tim Curry in that film 'Oscar' (1991) -His role as linguist Prof Thronton Poole reminds me of this cat's adept renderings....Incidentally, Sly Stallone's best role to date, including the Rocky films the same in which his acting fondled ballzackz....
Hmm... I wonder if anyone has done one for America... I mean, how can one not get annoyed by the stinkin' Bostonian accent and the well-known phrase "Pahk ya cah in Hahvahd Yah-d."
Jonah Hill's Aeroplane Sex Predicament
Dude, Stallone is SO red in the face! AHAHAHA! (I think he wants sexy time right NOW.)
Honda Commercial - Impossible Made Possible
Upvote for fantastic Get Carter Theme (the Caine one, I have never seen the undoubtedly awful Stallone version).![](https://videosift.com/vs5/emoticon/wink.gif)
US Celebrities in Weird Japanese Commercials Compilation
Was that Zach Galifianakis operating the camera in the Sylvester Stallone ad?
