Lol.
That is just as realistic as anything you’ve ever said….at least you’re consistently delusionally nonsensical and pointless.
Consider, you are the guy that can’t write a simple English sentence without making grammar and spelling mistakes a special needs second grader would be embarrassed about trying to feign intellectual superiority to the guy that was editing text books for national publishers at 13. 🤦‍♂️ 🙄

Every baseless accusation and every infantile insult you attempt is nothing but an admission.
Every.
Single.
Time.
Stop demeaning yourself. Too bad you have nothing else to offer, like facts.
(Drat, it’s the old “I’m rubber you’re glue” trick).

If you poll who is stupid, you’ll get every vote you don’t cast. You actually still believe Delusional Don the Con. I would bet you on that and put it to the test, but you’re also a welcher.

Teacher Caught On Tape Bullying Special Needs Students

newtboy says...

I actually don't have a problem with the treadmill, I had a teacher that would have us drop and give him 20 for every wrong answer, but the abusive way they used it is pretty disgusting.
These women should never have gotten into teaching special needs children (or children at all), they clearly don't have the tools or temperament for it.

Progressive Dems To Clinton: This Race isn't Over

newtboy jokingly says...

Yes. That's pretty much exactly what I mean. Fix that damn guardrail.

It would be nice if they fixed it BEFORE the special needs preschool fieldtrip planned for Nov. 7th, but the last few schools falling down the well didn't get us to fix it, so this one probably won't either, although it is more likely to cause serious injury this time.

Lewis Black - america does not understand teachers

kceaton1 jokingly says...

How'd I literally, "jump-the-shark" memory wise on that one?

Anyway, there must be some sort of causality law in this universe that if your Mom is a schoolteacher, over-worked (due to giving a damn), with crap pay, plus everything else that comes with it make your Mom, like Lewis's and mine raise children who are sarcastic pessimistic frustrated bastards (and liberal as well, do I really need to explain why this is true) and laughing only because the irony of it all...

...Along with the other "fun-issues" I mentioned above, there are also the time honored classics, like: that Elementary & Middle-School teachers must babysit half the kids since their parents (and sometimes it's just the kids...) apparently never figured out to tell their kids, after the many failed parent-teacher conferences, that yelling in class, throwing punches at teachers students, bringing your favorite "x" to show everyone (usually an animal or a weapon), and the epidemic of simply just ignoring the "external" world while in/at a desk/seat...are all wrong.

Sure, some have ADHD and really DO have problems learning the way the majority of us do (same with autism and other issues)--but, if the school is even remotely trying they just might have a special needs class for these kids; or at least resources to help the issue (and to also clue the parents in to the problem if they have no idea it is occurring).

We really need a fresh start on the entirety of the education system; it literally needs a reboot. Especially as you see less and less students going to college every year. There are at least two major issues causing this... It would be a nice setup if we could turn the entire system from the ground up into an apprenticeship and internship type system, with earlier grades built to help you find what you are good at doing AND also what you can excel in and love doing at the same time.

Even extending into college years (and getting rid of all the filter and junk classes), actually give every student at least one ability to utilize. Use colleges and universities to train master's and doctorate (plus other specialized degrees and long-term goals)...

Sorry, I just wanted to rant about my ideological hope for education one day. Can you imagine how impossible this is to do right now... Oh, yeah, class size too should be 15 or lower...

*wishes it wasn't all pipedream or sarcasm towards the end of this comment*

Oh yeah and BTW chicco, you keep calling me a felon on this site?? FYI, charged with a felony ain't the same as convicted now is it?? How bout you get yer cop stuff right, eh? False accusations get cops thrown in prison, and you know what happens to a cop in prison, right?? I've heard it ain't so good.

Father Arrested for Picking Up His Children on Foot

poolcleaner says...

This is insanity. Rules for the sake of what? I don't get it. Authority -- F all authority unless it serves the people. It must serve the people. Sometimes the people want crazy shit but it doesn't serve them so we put up rules to protect people from themselves. But this is not one of those cases. This makes ZERO sense.

And a special needs child to boot. My god. The cold hand of authority that doesn't understand the damage their world does to the ego of a special needs person, not just special needs child, because what is a child and an adult? Someone without the understanding that an average human has does not deserve this type of torture.

And it IS torture. Serve mental torture that we don't truly understand. Good job, officer trauma creator. You really do us all proud. Oh thank god for police officers -- to serve and protect as usual!

Riverside Cop Tricks Autistic Teen into Buying Pot

Phreezdryd says...

This beyond shameful practice needs to be loudly and publicly shoved in the federal governments face, demanding a stop to funding a quota based drug war targeting defenseless special needs children. As if it isn't evil enough to manipulate impressionable, peer pressure driven kids without going after easy targets already ostracized by whatever condition, making them even more vulnerable.

Isn't there a special level of hell reserved for those who hurt children for profit?

What do you expect, the cops to go after people that can defend themselves? The cops are mostly special needs people, so they go after other special needs people. It makes perfect sense to me.

First off you're the third person on here that I've gotten into a discussion about guns. All 3 have called me names while I continue to be polite.

Second your bigoted comment is very offensive not just to me who works with special needs adults but anyone with down syndrom, says a lot about you.

Third, while I used to light up a joint at the end of the day and chill out and have nothing against it, I like to take my guns to the range to "take the edge off, to relax after a hard day." What I do with my guns is legal and fun. Legal gun owners are not the villians that bigots and others try to potray them as.

Guns are used in so many sporting ways I can't even list them all but the olympics is a big one.

You've already been called out on your knowledge of history so I won't bother.

I live in Canada and have been raised by a very "left wing" family. I have a close hippy aunt and uncle who live in a community of american draft dogers. My parents always vote for the left. I grew up with those ideals and choose to work with people with autism. Doesn't pay much but it's satisfying and giving back, so your comment about me being "right wing" is pretty far off.

Legal gun owners are not evil. They want the same things as most people including the best tool for self defense (which we're not allowed to use in Canada). We in Canada like to hunt and target shoot at paper. Nothing about that is evil. Learn some facts instead of making bigioted sweeping comments.

Good day.

No, you can't, that's just retarded. You do not have hundreds of thousands of illegal gun owners in prisons. Guns, while some may say are for recreational use, are not designed to take the edge off, to relax after hard day, something humankind has done thousands of years. Guns have been used for tens of thousands of years to kill. How can you compare the two? Oh wait, retarded right wing rhetorics.

The most effective move USA can make in the war on terror is to stop the war on drugs. Stop the fuel, money and the flame goes away.

Padded Isolation Booth for Special Needs kids?

nanrod says...

My son has a number of the issues that she claims for her daughter. He's received special needs education since he was 4 including isolation in a room designed to minimize stimuli and various medications, some good, some not so much. He is currently attending university and has opted for no medication. Her daughter is institutionalized and heavily medicated? Enough said about the value of her opinion on the issue.

IF YOU THOUGHT HEALTH CARE WAS EXPENSIVE BEFORE, WAIT UNTIL OBAMARXCARE MAKES IT FREE!

Although some of the "fiscal cliff" taxes can be avoided through a deal made in Congress, new ObamaCare taxes are guaranteed to kick in on January 1, amounting to $268 billion tax hike.

The Obamacare Medical Device Tax – a $20 billion tax increase: Medical device manufacturers employ 409,000 people in 12,000 plants across the country. Obamacare imposes a new 2.3 percent excise tax on gross sales – even if the company does not earn a profit in a given year. In addition to killing small business jobs and impacting research and development budgets, this will increase the cost of your health care – making everything from pacemakers to prosthetics more expensive.

The Obamacare “Special Needs Kids Tax” – a $13 billion tax increase: The 30-35 million Americans who use a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) at work to pay for their family’s basic medical needs will face a new government cap of $2,500 (currently the accounts are unlimited under federal law, though employers are allowed to set a cap).

There is one group of FSA owners for whom this new cap will be particularly cruel and onerous: parents of special needs children. There are several million families with special needs children in the United States, and many of them use FSAs to pay for special needs education. Tuition rates at one leading school that teaches special needs children in Washington, D.C. (National Child Research Center) can easily exceed $14,000 per year. Under tax rules, FSA dollars can be used to pay for this type of special needs education. This Obamacare tax provision will limit the options available to these families.

The Obamacare Surtax on Investment Income – a $123 billion tax increase: This is a new, 3.8 percentage point surtax on investment income earned in households making at least $250,000 ($200,000 single). This would result in the following top tax rates on investment income:

The Obamacare “Haircut” for Medical Itemized Deductions – a $15.2 billion tax increase: Currently, those Americans facing high medical expenses are allowed a deduction to the extent that those expenses exceed 7.5 percent of adjusted gross income (AGI). This tax increase imposes a threshold of 10 percent of AGI. By limiting this deduction, Obamacare widens the net of taxable income for the sickest Americans. This tax provision will most harm near retirees and those with modest incomes but high medical bills.

The Obamacare Medicare Payroll Tax Hike --an $86.8 billion tax increase: The Medicare payroll tax is currently 2.9 percent on all wages and self-employment profits. Under this tax hike, wages and profits exceeding $200,000 ($250,000 in the case of married couples) will face a 3.8 percent rate instead. This is a direct marginal income tax hike on small business owners, who are liable for self-employment tax in most cases.

Not only does this tax increase costs on companies, it also increases costs on hospitals, doctors and people in need of medical treatment that requires medical devices to be used. As a consequence of this, biomedical or medical device engineering firms are already laying off workers who develop crucial medical products due to the "unforeseen" costs, or in other words, the costs of ObamaCare. Not to mention, the more money these companies pay to the government, the less money they have to invest in research and development.

With this new medical device tax, students who pay large sums of money to get degrees in the field of biomedical engineering, just like doctors, will no longer see the benefits of going into the field and therefore, we will have a shortage of engineers developing new medical device technology. The medical device tax is a death sentence for American medical innovation.
