I generally am not a fan of official videos, but in this case I prefer it to the live performances I've seen so far. The meaning behind the visuals is largely opaque to me, but it absolutely nails the tone of the song.

Ah, don't worry about it. It's thanks to GEMA that almost every song held by a major label is blocked for users from Germany. Same for any background music in just about every clip out there on YT.
