My reaction was that this officer was being empathetic towards a citizen. All things being equal i'd say this act points to him being the kind of cop you might like to have around.

I'm guessing the way this act is perceived by the viewer has much to do about the type person one is. I see an empathetic cop doing right by someone when he didn't have to. It could be, but the size of the props makes me think it's pretty heavy with the motors required to drive all 4, and the angle of tilt it maintains (you can step through a bit) without losing altitude requires a lot of thrust. It looks pretty legit to me, and with the proper power to weight ratio, this is pretty much how I'd expect something like this to be built and look and sound. I mean, none of it looks impossible -- the control is the hard part.

Had there been regular real inspections they likely would have noticed the problem when repairs only cost $100 million. There are literally thousands of dams in America with similar, or worse issues, and no money to even properly inspect them, much less fix them before they fail. Waiting for them to fail costs at least 10 times what pre-failure repairs cost, but we only care after they fail.

The prosecutors have been a major let down. This was a mob attack, everyone there should be charged with murdering a police officer, they were all part of that murder and the other 50+ attempted murders of police.
