The Movies Of Christopher Nolan

My top five:
Ridley Scott - Alien, Blade Runner
Kubrick - 2001, Clockwork Orange, Dr Strangelove
Christopher Nolan - View video above
The Whedon - Firefly, Buffy (TV), the Avengers
Nicholas Meyer (Wrath of Khan, Undiscovered Country)
-Interesting tidbits
-I knew Nimoy Directed The Voyage Home, but didn't know he directed 3 Men and a Baby. - hmmph.
-I don't include Lucas, as he was a (3 movie) one hit wonder. Seriously, what else has he done thats's memorable?
-JJ Abrahms has WRITTEN and PRODUCED a ton of stuff I love, but he hasn't really directed anything.
-The Buffy episode "Hush" is the best, most original, scary, stand-alone story I have ever watched on television.

Whedon is amazing that goes without saying. You're right to not include Lucas, all you have to do is watch Indian Jones trilogy to see how he shouldn't direct and Spielberg should!

Transformers Movie Intro - 1986

brunopuntzjones says...

I saw this in theaters as well. I remember the day as I burned my hand on the stove and had to wear an ice pack to the movies. I would have been 6 or 7. I remember crying when Optimus died as well.

However, just watching the intro, holy shit there were some huge names in this. I knew Orson Wells was, but didn't know the other half dozen more that showed. Judd Nelson, Eric Idle, Leonard Nimoy, etc.

Dunno How, but MarineGunrock Eats a Sandwich in 2 Minutes!!!

*dupeof=me

See how I made it a *invocation joke, which has only been done here 475,000 times before? It's that 475,001st time that knocks 'em dead.

Okay, you can touch my wiener now. >> ^blankfist:

>> ^kronosposeidon:
It doesn't work for me, or any of my sockpuppets. Have you tried it with your sockpuppets? Maybe you'll have better luck than me.
Also, you're stupid. >> ^blankfist:
Also, anyone else having problems with the VideoSift embedable player? They won't post for me.

If by sockpuppet you're speaking about the time when you put that sock on your winkie and called it Captain Nimoy Ahoy, then, no, I have not tried it and I plan not to. Last time you told me if I gave him a couple smacks he'd vomit, but it felt more like something wet and viscous under the sock which was indeed NOT vomit, sir.
There. I made a joke about being duped into jerking you off. Who's stupid now?!
