This live 1972 performance is probably the greatest that Marvin ever recorded to video. It comes from the long out-of-circulation 1973 film, "Save The Children". The performance is quite simply transcendent, and features the great James Jamerson on bass and a middle section featuring just Gaye's voice and piano with conga backing.

An incredible Japanese documentary on the history of Funk (voice over & subtitles in Japanese, interviews etc in English) - obviously firstly focusing on it's godfather...James Brown, and then:
