I just didn't want to tell you the truth because whenever I say what really happened... well... no one ever believes me. It was actually a hadoken that knocked me down.

Most of my sifts are things that I genuinely enjoy, though I do have some that I sifted only because I knew they'd do well. As such, I had a hell of a time picking a favorite.

Picking from the videos of others didn't seem like it would be much easier, but once I came across http://videosift.com/video/researching-happiness-for-72-years-and-what-do-they-find it was a no-brainer (click through and read the article for the full effect). That video was posted during an extremely difficult time in my life when I felt like I had nothing left and it gave me a glint of hope that I should keep on going.
