I read the below book thinking I would gain some new insight into the training of soldiers, only to find that it reaffirmed my previous conceptions. Wonder Woman looks fine as she is. The third one's by the same artist as the redesign, tell me she doesn't look ten times as awesome.

I don't know what it is with Jim Lee, does he actually do any work any more, or does he just creep around ruining iconic costumes? He even managed to screw up Invincible for about two years, just by doing one guest cover.

A 'modern sensibility' means drawing Wonder Woman as a 90s teenager? The jacket is retarded. The choker is retarded. She's somehow acquired new unique one-of-a-kind magic bracers. What about a pair of slacks says 'amazon princess'?

What it boils down to is, there is nothing unique or striking about that new costume. It will never produce a single iconic image.
