Who's the better actor? (User Poll by Throbbin)

Every actor on this list except for De Niro has played the same character every movie they've been in.

You tell the angels in internet heaven you've never seen pwned so singularly personified as in the comments that sent you there. Are you completely fucking stupid?

Pacino: Corleone, Serpico, Sonny, Roma, Lefty, Lowell, Shylock.
Eastwood: Harry, Preacher, Gunny, Frank, Everett, Dunn.

Pacino wins, because he's the only one of them that makes me forget the actor and only see the character.

^Have you ever seen Bruce Almighty?

Al Pacino and De Niro's past acting history can carry any crappy movie they make from here until their deaths. Scarface! Goodfellas! Glengary Glen Ross! Raging Bull! These guys are legends. Morgan Freeman is awesome, and so is Clint Eastwood, but they don't hold a candle to Pacino and De Niro.

And, might I add, rather promptly.

Actually, I think he got banned for using the word "nigger," although I don't know anything about the situation. However, if you scroll further down, you see another post of his in all caps. That, to me, seems more offensive than his first post there, and the more likely culprit to securing him a shiny new ban.

I don't think it's too out of the question to consider that many people may not have heard of the word "spook" within the context in which we're discussing. The other word is the more commonly referenced one, and the last time I heard "spook" was in the new Eastwood film 'Gran Torino.' I knew the word before that, but it's far more rare.

QM certainly did know what he was saying, however.

Stephen Fry shoots a .44 Magnum, pretends to be Dirty Harry

^It's not from A Fist Full of Dollars. It's the theme from The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly composed by Ennio Morricone.

http://www.videosift.com/video/The-Good-the-Bad-and-the-Ugly-Trailer

I assume they used it because it's a one of the most classic and famous original scores of all time and the theme to Dirty Harry is 70's style soundtrack garbage. ...and people associate the Good Bad Ugly soundtrack with Clint Eastwood.

We might as well call it "The Clint Eastwood Theme Song."

Why is the music from a fist full of dollars? Surely dirty harry had a sound track too?

'A Fistful of Dollar' - crazy-dramatic theme music

Kerotan says...

'A Fistful of Dollars' was part of a Clint Eastwood/Sergio Leone trilogy, along with 'The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly' and 'For a Few Dollars More'.

No, no it wasn't,

The good, the bad and the ugly is a seperate film,

The trilogy you're looking for is, A fistful of dollars, for a few dollars more and the lesser known, fistful of dynamite (duck you sucka).
