The majority of American's still think Sadam was behind 911, instead of for example Saudi Arabia. They also think 911 was aimed at the US because they 'hate our freedom' instead of the fact we are supporting an apartheid state that is Israel, which spends a lot of money lobbying congress and owning media to convince us otherwise. It is the media that has failed the American public, and it is the media who is key in this deceit.

Racism in the US is exclusively anti-black racism. I don't think black people can be racist against white people. Discrimination, maybe. But its still not the same= there is not an entire society backing it up. Anti-black racism carries with it an enormous historic force of precedent that remains in Amerikkka today. A black person is shot by the police every 26 hours there.

Its not just about individual ignorance. Its a consciousness that is reflecting economic relations that the US is built on, mainly slavery and its later apartheid forms.

1) The US will need to defeat Japan through military means
2) The US wants to avoid "another Okinawa" (with a quote from Truman)
3) The US needed to drop the atomic bomb

So, lets look first at that Okinawa analogy. Okinawa, as with other pacific islands, were particularly brutal because of both their strategic importance to the Pacific front as well as their terrain. Both because of they needed to be seized in order to cutoff mainland Japan (and isolate it) and their small, heavily dense terrain caused warfare to be at times hand-to-hand, the battles here were desperate and ugly.

This leads us to the next point: the whole presupposition with the imperialist fuck's argument is that there was no other way but occupation, in the form of Okinawa, to end Japan's empire.

This is false. The US had other options to end the war. Occupation of Japan wasn't a strategic necessity in the way occupation of the pacific islands was. The US could have maintained a bombing campaign while getting the rest of the world to pursue political/diplomatic talks with Japan.

The reason the US dropped the bombs wasn't to end the war (which was already war, de jure shit aside). It was to a) ensure supremacy over Japan (which isn't the same thing as ending a war) and b) to ensure global imperialist hegemony.

Amerikkka doesnt give a shit about saving lives. What about all the people firebombed in Dresden? What about all the imperialist adventures before and after WWII? If someone is not skilled, isn't it possible for them to acquire skills while they are employed earning less, so that their employment is not a burden on the business? Isn't making it illegal to hire them hindering them from eventually acquiring the skills they need to become productive and competitive? If so, wouldn't that be most harmful towards those who most need employment, like the poor?

I don't think you're unfeeling, actually, the stated goal of the minimum wage is very honorable. What should be argued is whether it does any good towards that stated goal. Did you know that during the Apartheid, minimum wage laws were imposed as a way of protecting employed white people from losing their jobs to black people who were willing to work for lower wages?

None of that matters because being a racist is independent of one's status as a minority or otherwise. Under apartheid, whites were a minority in South Africa, yet nobody doubts that many of them were racists. Regardless of his actual family background, the murderer is clearly not African, which means that his statement of "fucking coons" can only be seen as racist and implies that the victim's race was part of the reason that the shooter (and his apologists) do not consider his crime to be murder.
