Perhaps, but that absolutely did not happen.
When you get almost 8 million more votes you don't need to steal. You won.
How many more votes did Trump get in ANY election? A: zero, he's never won one, ever.

No one was disenfranchised, all 74 million republican votes counted, just like all 82 million Democratic votes. In fact, all verified attempts to disenfranchise voters were republican scams like illegal voter roll purges only in democrat leaning counties, double voting, attempted disenfranchisement of tens of millions of legal votes, uncertainty over mail in votes while trying to get Republicans to do it by sending them all ballots while claiming publicly that doing so creates vote fraud.

How many Democrats violently attacked the capitol after the electoral college negated the vote and handed power to the loser, disenfranchising nearly 66 million A: zero.

When 82 million voters watch months of attempted election theft and attempted disenfranchisement of the biggest voting block ever seen in this country, they get pissed, then they take control....you better hope they don't follow Republican methodology or next comes revenge.

@newtboy said: "a 3' rise, which is all but guaranteed by 2100 under the most optimistic current projections."

Lies.

The most recent IPCC report(AR5) has their section on sea level rise here:
https://www.ipcc.ch/site/assets/uploads/2018/02/WG1AR5_Chapter13_FINAL.pdf

In the summary for policy makers section under projections they note: " For the period 2081–2100, compared to 1986–2005, global mean sea level rise is likely (medium confidence) to be in the 5 to 95% range of projections from process based models, which give 0.26 to 0.55 m for RCP2.6, 0.32 to 0.63 m for RCP4.5, 0.33 to 0.63 m for RCP6.0, and 0.45 to 0.82 m for RCP8.5. For RCP8.5, the rise by 2100 is 0.52 to 0.98 m"

And to give you maximum benefit of doubt they also comment on possible(unlikely) exceeding of stated estimates:" Based on current understanding, only the collapse of marine-based sectors of the Antarctic ice sheet, if initiated, could cause global mean sea level to rise substantially above the likely range during the 21st century. This potential additional contribution cannot be precisely quantified but there is medium confidence that it would not exceed several tenths of a meter of sea level rise during the 21st century. "

So, to summarize that, the worst case emissions scenario the IPCC ran(8.5), has in itself a worst case sea level rise ranging 0.5-1.0m, so 1.5 to 3ft. They do note a potential allowance for another few tenths of a meter if unexpected collapse of antarctic ice also occurs.

Let me quote you again: "3' rise, which is all but guaranteed by 2100 under the most optimistic current projections"

and yet the most recent collaborative summary from the scientific community states under their most pessimistic projections have a 3 ft as the extreme upper limit...

You also did however state "IPCC (again, known for overly conservative estimates)", so it does seem you almost do admit having low opinion of the scientific consensus and prefer cherry picking the most extreme scenarios you can find anywhere and claiming them as the absolute golden standard...

What Happens When You Try to File a Complaint Against a Cop

JiggaJonson says...

I actually had this happen to me after I got a ticket. A $250 + $150 court fee ticket because I was going...wait for it...35 mph.

I got pulled over at this exact location, go on and try to find a speed limit sign going north. https://www.google.com/maps/@41.6110353,-87.508833,3a,75y,12.09h,82.7t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sxVT9eHxtCpzbkw2Q6wPCaQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656

I remember because he whipped out from that liquor store parking lot, but long story short he wrote me a ticket and I didn't notice until later that the ticket said I got pulled over at Calumet and Lyons (right in front of the school down the road). It may be the case that the whole area is actually 25, but to be fair I was driving at 10 p.m. on my way home, whole fucking street empty.

Red n Blues as I approach the railroad tracks. I look at my speedometer "Is he pulling me over? I'm only going 35. Hmmm. Okay."

"Sir, do you have any idea how fast you were going?"
Sheepishly - "Thirty? Five?"
"THATS RIGHT!"

License - Reg, and he walks off, I look at it and say "Jesus christ! $250 for going 35?"

I find out about the court fees adding another $150 and then I see that he wrote the wrong street down "Hmmm what's this street he wrote ohhhHHHH right in front of the school where it's obviously 25 not near the railroad tracks eh? What a fucker"

I go to complain and the chief of police comes out and wants to know why I want to complain. He explains that it will go on the guys record and I should really just pay it because it could end up being a lot more trouble for me than it's worth. Strong insinuation in his voice, I left and didn't pay, didn't file complaint, went to court and explained.

Nothing happened to him, he didn't even get asked why he wrote the wrong street. It was just assumed that he was being honest.

Yeah, people don't write songs calling for "fuck the firemen" or "fuck the EMT's" - gee, I wonder why.
