I can't understand why anyone would think their handling of this was appropriate. I saw at least six opportunities to cuff this man without tasering him at all, let alone hitting him repeatedly after he was on the ground. No way is this anything less than attempted murder. If on drugs and as heavy as he is, a heart attack could very easily have been the result. Tell me why it was OK for the big guy to knee crunch him when he was flat on his back and when that had him doubled over in pain then OK to taser him repeatedly on the chest and neck. Should the police use this video in their training exercises, "How to handle a naked drunk at a party?"
