If he's being truthful, that's why we have moderators...if not, that's also why we have moderators.
Really, if he's being truthful, that's why we have "ignore". That ends any 'stalking' instantly by hiding the ignored's posts and requires nothing more than a button push....and it has no administrative repercussions to the ignored.
Double secret probation was used in the past for members that repeatedly broke the posting/comment guidelines...it ended with a ban in the one instance I know of due to repeated and flagrant rule violations. It would not be a secret to you if that happened, and it would only happen if you ignored the rules and the moderators repeatedly.
I am not stalking anyone. I joined a website I enjoy. Double secret probation for not doing anything? I'm not here to make trouble. I just want to enjoy VideoSift...two sides of every situation.
newtboyOh....that's odd....@eric3579 must have been right guessing that it's not available for probationary (new) members. I didn't realize that.

Hello and welcome back
When it come to VideoSift, NOTHING is a bad question. The site is insanely difficult to understand / decipher how things work. This is the faq page. That may be of some help in general but, lacks in how most things function. http://videosift.com/faq
If you have ANY questions about anything please feel free to ask. One thing right off is there are two versions of the site you can use. The new version you will see when viewing videos and a few other pages. The old site is also used for example your profile page. I prefer the old style as being much more user friendly and just all around better. If you would like ALL your VideSift pages to look like the old site then you can 'opt out' of the new design. At the bottom of every new style design page there is an 'opt out beta' button you click on. I think thats a good start on trying to more easily figure out how things work. You cab always switch between new design and old design as much as you like. Hope that makes sense. Like i said please ask if you have any questions. Always happy to help where i can
