Where to start?

The professional website provided in the description says someone named Joseph Moshe Bar is a retired professor of "plant pathology and weed research" in Isreal. He looks like he's 70 or 80 years old.
A picture of the guy in the Volkswagon incident looks 25 years younger than the guy on the professional website given in the description. Articles I googled say his neighbor and mother say he's got mental problems (off his meds).
1) Wrong age, name differs
2) Photos don't match
3) Wrong profession
4) Don't see proof they're both from Isreal
5) The one they arrested's nuts

Obviously not the same guy.

But ignoring that...

Apparently someone of the same name called a radio talk show with a conspiracy story about a company making H1N1 vaccine attacking the people of Ukraine with either mutated H1N1 or the Plague bacteria.
1) With something that nutty - could we at least hear the call?
2) How do you mix up H1N1 virus and Plague bateria? Wildly different.
3) Why would a pharma company want to kill the people of Ukraine? Just a bit risky to quarterly profits no?

According to the Washington Post and The Guardian (UK) People are afraid H1N1 might be worse in the cold winters of Russia/Ukraine/Etc but the number of cases of Flu deaths is actually down 10% from last year. The political situation in Ukraine is kind of nasty right now and the candidates are preying on people's fears in an election season. So, not really anything like the way he characterized it in his video.

Also - nice touch to imply Obama's to blame towards the end.

Apparently Westwood Village Theater, since the Bruin theater is right across the street. Google win! Damn, I should have gone over there!

Perhaps she's late because she had to deal with the God damned 405 on/off-ramp traffic on Wilshire at rush hour! 45 Damn minutes sometimes just to get from the Santa Monica side to the Westwood side, and Sprinkles is closing, damnit! But I digress.

mine is about 5000-6000 a year. nt including another 5000 thou for res..and a couple hun for books. but osap and grants cover that yay!

Here in the Netherlands you pay 1500 euros a year for any higher or university level education. Every student can get up to 400 euros a month, depending on the income of their parents (and borrow up to 700 at very fair interest and terms) for 5 years. This is converted into a loan if you don't complete a study within 10 years. Also all students get free public transportation during either the weekends or workweek depending on their choice.
I think it's quite a good system that gives fairly equal opportunities to all people who want to study.

Luckily, here in Canad my Degree is subsidized - Yay Socialism!
I'm paying around $2500 (plus books) a semester, and in the end I get a fully fledged Political Science Degree, with a minor in Law! All for about $20,000.

thats actually alot compared to some european countries where university is completely free, paid for through huge taxes..

Yeah I get paid for being in university.


And the tax rates in Belgium are 45 - 55% where 1 in 2 people work for the government. What's Belgium's national past-time you ask? Tax evasion.

Like the video said, these are mostly people from families that never attended colleges themselves. They're trying to break out of their blue collar background with some hard-earned money and they get swindled out of it. I don't see any reason to blame the victims here.
