He exists (http://www.agri.gov.il/en/people/856.aspx) we know that much - but he's nowhere to be found. We are told that he was deported to Israel, but he has yet to arrive in Israel. What happened to Joseph Moshe? He was lucky enough already, as a microbiologist, to be alive.
