Place photographs of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese side by side, male and female representatives of each, respectively. The differences are not that subtle.

Do the same with pics of Micronesian, Polynesian and Melanesian peoples, you'll get really good at it after a few hours of practice.

It all just comes and goes so easily from public consciousness that we forget. Iraq is still a total shitstorm of ethnic violence, civilian bombings etc but we're sick of hearing about it and dont want to feel guilty so its not news worthy. There's no fear left ergo no need to watch.

The most distinctive thing I've noticed when I order Vietnamese coffee is a this sort of orange color I can't identify. Any idea what that is? Is it the Chicory additive they mentioned?
