Democrats gave us slavery, Republicans gave us freedom.

newtboy says...

THIS ENTIRE STUPID PLOY IS PREDICATED ON THE RACIST IDEA THAT MINORITIES ARE TOO DUMB AND GULIBLE TO SEE WHO WORKS FOR THEIR INTERESTS AND WHO CONSISTENTLY WORKS AGAINST THEM. There’s a reason Democrats get in the high 85%+ and Republicans get around 10%+- of the black vote, and it is not idiotic confusion (well, the Republican votes might be).

The Democratic-Republican Party was founded by Thomas Jefferson and James Madison in 1792. It became the most popular political party until the 1820s. In the 1824 United States presidential election it split into several factions, one of which became the modern-day Democratic Party.

The new Democrats who continued supported slavery for almost 35 years were right wing CONFEDERATE democrats, the Republican who ended slavery was a left wing Federal government supporting anti-confederacy Republican.

Democrats gave you civil rights, confederate flag waiving Republicans are trying to take them away.
Notice, all of MLKs descendants are Democrats, and it’s not because they’re racists or white supremacists.

Bob wishes everyone was ignorant and dishonest like him and would simply deny the Southern Strategy of the late 60s happened, when the Republican Party went hard racist and hard right courting southern racists to save itself from massive losses in the South, and Democrats went hard left and inclusive supporting the civil rights movement to gain minority votes. Bob denies these inconvenient facts because he doesn’t like being told he’s in the racist fascist party…but there’s absolutely zero doubt about it, facts don’t change because idiots and liars deny them.

Supreme Court ruling on Donald Trump immunity

newtboy says...

From his Supreme Court hearing-
“No one is above the law, that’s a foundational principal I’ve talked about coming from Federalist 69, coming from the structure of the constitution. We are all equal under the law in the United States Of America.
The foundation of our constitution was, as Hamilton explained in Federalist 69, “the Presidency would not be a monarchy” and it specified all the ways under the constitution the president is not above the law, no one is above the law in the United States of America.”
“The president is subject to the law, no one is above the law in the United States of America including the president of the United States and that’s something that is made clear in Federalist 69.
Even in a national security context where the constitution gives the commander in chief power to the president, the president remains subject to the law. The president is not above the law with respect to the criminal process.”
“No one is above the law in our constitutional system. Federalist 69, Hamilton, makes clear all the ways that the executive branch as designed by the framers of the constitution was different from the monarchy.” - Kavenaugh

Now that he’s hearing the case- “The president is not subject to the law, and is not only above the law both criminal and civil when performing official duties, but any actions claimed to have been performed as official duties may not be used as evidence or even investigated, even in cases where they broke the law unofficially outside any possible official duty, no matter how exculpatory or illegal those official actions were (like murdering a witness (Epstein)), and if the president so chooses they may convert to a monarchy at their whim, so long as they claim it’s official.”

This is a complete 180 from what he said at his confirmation, just like Barrett claiming at her confirmation Supreme Court precedent was settled law not to be revisited then revisiting and reversing dozens of decades old precedents.

SCOTUS is invalid so long as those on it believe they are above the law and allowed to sell judgements to the highest bidder, something every single right wing justice but no Left wing justice has been PROVEN to have done, some to the tune of tens of millions….and lied on sworn statements about it for decades too.

bobknight33 said:

SCOTUS upheld what always been. Acts done with in POTUS authority are immune from prosecution. Acts done outside of POTUS authority can be criminal and prostituted. Nothing changed nothing added nothing removed.

From the SCOTUS ruling " the dissents position in the end boil down ignoring the Constitution's separation of powers and the Courts precedent and instead fear mongering of extreme hypotheticals."

Another bought “whistleblower” indicted for lying to the FBI about the Bidens.

An FBI informant whose allegations have been cited by congressional Republicans was charged on Thursday with lying about the supposed business dealings of President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden.

Special Counsel David Weiss alleges that Alexander Smirnov, 43, told an FBI agent he spoke with the owner of Ukrainian energy company Burisma – on whose board Hunter Biden sat – about the company’s desire to do business in the United States."

He has been officially charged with making up all the accusations he made against either Biden.

Trump has argued that he was never an officer of the United States to the Supreme Court. He says he wasn’t the president.
In 1982, Nixon v Fitzgerald, the court established that the president IS an officer of the United States, specifically the Chief Constitutional Officer of the Executive Branch, so if he wasn’t an officer, he wasn’t president. Apparently Habba doesn’t know how to google, much less how to research case law or she would have known. Fail #1

They also argue he didn’t personally engage in insurrection (he did, the election denial was an insurrection, all the fake electors were an insurrection, trying to invalidate millions of votes was an insurrection, trying to “find” enough votes to steal states he had lost is an insurrection, sending thousands to the Capitol to physically “stop the steal” was an insurrection) but they have completely ignored the “or given aid or comfort” part of the clause because he has absolutely given mountains of aid and comfort to those convicted of seditious insurrection by raising money for their defense, defending them publicly, calling them patriotic heroes, creating a song he sold for their benefit, and promising them pardons, so they have no defense to having given aid and comfort to insurrectionists along with most MAGA congresspeople. Prepare for their expulsion after Trump loses. Fail #2

Since he claims he was never an officer, so not really president, his immunity claims don’t even need to be litigated, only the actual president, highest OFICER in the American government AND the American military has any immunity and he says that was never him…and it’s only severely qualified immunity, not 100% total complete omnibus immunity…otherwise Biden/Harris would simply have Trump’s plane secretly shot down and claim total immunity….duh. Fail #3

Thanks Habba! Worst lawyer in American history trying some of the most important cases, and putting on invalid defenses she hasn’t thought through and in many cases completely forgetting to put on any defense at all. She’s the best lawyer in America that will stoop to defending Trump, and is guaranteeing he loses every case!

You have no idea what you’re talking about, as usual. Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014. Crimea was part of Ukraine. Biden had nothing to do with it, Trump encouraged them to go farther by recognizing Crimea as Russia to appease his benefactor, Putin…and historically Bush sr made the trilateral agreement essentially guaranteeing to protect Ukraine’s borders with US military power in exchange for nuclear deploliferation in the wake of the fall of the Soviet Union in 92. Should we ignore the international treaty and destroy our reputation, making it impossible to make any international agreements at all? You likely think so as an honorless liar.

https://www.brookings.edu/articles/the-trilateral-process-the-united-states-ukraine-russia-and-nuclear-weapons/

I know you don’t know the history, but that’s no excuse for making up nonsense.

Putin’s continuing expansionist policy has forced the hand of NATO to admit multiple countries that before the invasions weren’t even being considered, and make plans for admitting Ukraine, not the other way around you fool.
The waste is to throw away a victory for democracy and against a likely return to communist socialism just to hand Biden a loss…as if it were his war.

bobknight33 said:

Why do you stand for Bidens failure?
Biden policies with NATO forced the Russian hand and Biden lost. Worst thousands of lives lost............Such a waste all for not.

Bob is posting Christopher Hitchens videos?!? Have the wolves begun living with the lambs!?!
Do you know what he said about Christian fundamentalism @bobknight33? It’s not flattering.

As a side note, and on topic with the video, every terrorist act perpetrated in America since 2017 has been committed by a right wing “Christian”.
The United States Department of Homeland Security reported in October 2020 that white supremacists (all right wing Christians) posed the top domestic terrorism threat, which FBI director Christopher Wray confirmed in March 2021, noting that the bureau had elevated the threat to the same level as ISIS.
A 2017 report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office found that out of the 85 deadly extremist incidents which had occurred since September 11, 2001, white supremacist extremist groups were responsible for 73%, while radical Islamist extremists were responsible for 27%. The total number of deaths which was caused by each group was about the same, though 41% of the deaths were attributable to radical Islamists and they all occurred in a single event — the 2016 Orlando nightclub shooting in which 49 people were killed by a lone gunman. No deaths were attributed to left-wing groups.

Oooff….Ken Block has written an op ed. Ken Block is the owner of the company Trump hired to find voter fraud in the 2020 election. Here’s what he said.

“ I am the expert who was hired by the Trump campaign, the findings of my company's in-depth analysis, or detailed in the depositions taken by the Select committee to investigate the January 6th attack on the United States Capitol. The transcripts show that the campaign found no evidence of voter fraud sufficient to change the outcome of any election. That message was communicated directly to White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, the cries that the election was lost or stolen due to voter fraud continue with no sign of stopping.
The constant drumbeat hardens people's hearts and minds to the truth about the 2020 election. Emails and documents show that the voter data available to the campaign contained no evidence of large scale voter fraud based on data mining and fraud analytics. More important claims of voter fraud made by others were verified as false, including proof of why those claims were disproven. What these claims don't take into account is that voter fraud is detectable, quantifiable, and verifiable. I have yet to see anyone offer up evidence of voter fraud from the 2020 election that provides these three things. My company's contract with the campaign obligated us to deliver evidence of voter fraud that could be defended in a court of law. The small amount of voter fraud I found was bipartisan with about as many Republicans casting duplicate votes as Democrats. “
He paid millions for that report he then threw in the trash. The other company he hired found exactly the same thing.

More proof that the Trump team knew for certain there was no significant fraud, proved there was no fraud, but continued to claim they had proof there was massive fraud…and continues to tell that lie today despite all evidence to the contrary.

Question- How many times did Trump take the Lolita express to Child Rape Island? The previous flight log, from 93-97, showed Trump took at least 7 trips to child rape island with his friend and party partner Epstein in that time period, the same period Epstein admitted he ran a child prostitution ring from his island. He’s already caught.
Yes, Clinton is on the list, but he is not listed as ever going to the island where the young children were presented to guests for sex. He only accepted a donation of use of the plane WITHOUT EPSTEIN PRESENT.
Never forget Trump was best friends with Epstein not just during the 10 year time period when he admitted the child prostitution, but continued for almost a decade AFTER HE ADMITTED TO CHILD PROSTITUTION in the early 2000’s and only broke ties when Trump’s young female employees threatened to sue Trump for forcing them to be together unsupervised with Epstein at Maralago where he tried to rape them repeatedly.
Also don’t forget Trump was found liable for sexual abuse including rape…Donald John Trump is in fact a rapist, and it seems impossible given his long history of inappropriate sexual behavior towards them and uncountable past statements indicating his predilection for sex with underage girls that he’s not also a child rapist.

Judge Pronounced Trump Guilty Before Trial Began!

newtboy says...

🤦‍♂️No bob, they are not. THE FACTS WERE NOT DISPUTED BY TRUMP OR THE TRUMP ORG AT ALL, not in court…he submitted most of them.
Trump disputes the facts on camera, but not in court under oath. He can’t. The documents are what they are. He was too cowardly and guilty to take the stand…his smartest move yet.
Trump valued Maralago at $18 million for taxes, not the DA. He also valued it at 100 times that value to get good loan terms that saved him hundreds of millions the banks and county were then deprived of because of his fraud. Understand? I’m sure not.
I did the math, if his stated bank values are truthful, he defrauded the government out of well over $700 million in decades of unpaid taxes for one property.

What was presented during the prosecution “side” of the “hearing” bob? Nothing…because there was no prosecution phase, it was summary judgement based on what was presented by both parties during DISCOVERY. There has only been a “damages” phase of trial since the prima facie case made at discovery necessitated a sumary judgement…not a “prosecution side”.

Bob. This is civil court, not a criminal trial. Please stop trying to explain things you are wholly ignorant about.

In your example, a criminal trial with different rules, the defense could be you didn’t see them, or they dove in front of your moving car, or you were having a medical issue….or one of a thousand mitigating factors. Trump presented no mitigating factors explaining the frauds, the differing values that changed 10000% in value on paper with his signature swearing to the truthfulness of the values he presented, values he knew were fantasy, so was found guilty.
(Side note- in your example the victim’s heirs would also get a civil trial where prima facie guilt would be established by the witnesses and your admission you hit them and you would need to have evidence supporting your affirmative defense that it was under duress to evade liability, just as they would need to prove malicious intent or recklessness to get punitive damages, IMO).

😂 “Property values can’t be fraud in any way”. 😂 hilarious since submitting fraudulent values is exactly what he was found guilty of! 😂

The banks indicated massive fraud, who told you they didn’t? Trump? The banks lost over $180 million in interest they should have received if the collateral values had been correct. Yes, they made some money, but lost out on $180 million plus.
When you get a loan based on fraud like this, even if you pay it back you still comitted a crime and any penny you made from that crime can be recovered from you, exactly what’s happening.
It’s as if Trump submitted documents “proving” his credit rating was 800 but in fact it was below 400, then saying it’s no crime because he paid his low interest credit card bills, pay no attention to the lower rates and perks he received because of his fraud, they’re nothingburgers…$180 million nothing burgers.

This is a BS showman disgraced ex president caught red handed. You know it, he knows it. No one is blinded, you are simply dishonest.

What of me statement are bullshit or not in this hearing/case?
The disclaimers don’t mean Trump can just make up the numbers, like he did. I know he claims that, he already lost that point in court. He gave fraudulent numbers, values, square footage, claimed unpermitted unbuilt rentals were filled and collecting rent, claims he didn’t add “brand value” but it’s there listed on the documents.

lol. You get your “information” from crack heads, failed comedians turned pundits, and con men like rapist Trump. I get mine directly from the courts, then verify, then look at what nonsense MAGA is saying about it, then debunk your nonsense. Stop projecting. I’m not stupid. I’m no dick. I have almost no ego. I simply hate stupid lies and the stupid lying liars who lie them stupidly and I have the testicular fortitude and perspicacity to factually contradict them with facts, figures, and references.

You don’t ever look for shit, you liar. You take what the MAGA machine hands you and you say what they said to say. You haven’t had an individual thought since you’ve been posting here, not one. Every word you post can be found in the MAGAsphere written by someone else who makes money by telling you lies to repeat.

Yes, Trump was found guilty during discovery before the courtroom trial began, which is perfectly normal and reasonable in cases where the evidence is incontrovertible like this one. That’s the United States legal system, no surprise you don’t understand it….you don’t understand thing about my country.

Now whine that he couldn’t have a jury trial just because he didn’t ask for one until after his trial had started. So unfair! 😂

bobknight33 said:

But the facts are disputed , which mitigates the ability of the judge to make such decision. This was presented during the 11 weeks of the prosecution side of this hearing.

It only work is such cases as for example 5 people see me run over and kill someone. That is not is dispute.
What is or could be to mitigate my conviction is to show just cause -- IE being robed at gunpoint or such.

This "trial" is about property value. This cant be fraud in any way. Trump places a value and banks do the same and an agreement is made. No bank or lender indicated fraud -- Every bank got paid back, with interest and some made other deals on other projects.

This is a BS show trial. prejudged before it even started.

Only the ignorant are blinded.

All you statement below are bullshit -- none of that in this hearing. Every proposal for loans clearly had disclaimers for banks to do their own due diligence in their evaluation. Some thought higher some though lower-- but all made loans and got paid back.

Sadly stupid dicks with big egos, like you push false information.

I look for actual facts like presented -- Her own words - Trump Guilty before the trial began-- Thats BS

Colorado Supreme Court Declares Trump Ineligible For Office

newtboy says...

You must prevent treasonous dictatorships to preserve democracy. -section 3 amendment 14 United States Constitution

You are becoming obese from eating all those nothing 🍔 🍔 🍔 🍔

Don’t forget, Trump said Ted Cruz should be disqualified from the ballot in 2016. Clinton too. He has no qualms about banning people from the ballot so long as they aren’t named Trump.
Also don’t forget this case was brought by Republicans, not Democrats @bobknight33

PS- still going to disgraced child rapist and Epstein friend and defender Dershowitz!? 🤦‍♂️ he says the 14th amendment doesn’t cover the president (arguments during its writing over the wording prove otherwise conclusively) and now that it only covered one insurrection (the civil war) and that any subsequent insurrections must get a new amendment to be illegal. Both arguments are utter nonsense, have zero basis in law, and are contradicted by the minutes of the sessions in congress when the amendment was written where there spelled out clearly why the wording includes the president and any insurrection. Jesus Christ bob, you just love grasping at rotten straws don’t you?

Nicely the Colorado court included that in their decision, so the originalist justices have a choice, follow what the writers said clearly was the intent and wording of the law, or toss out the constitution and protect Trump again, ending any semblance of legitimacy for this court.

Side note- Texas Republicans, led by the Lt Governor, are already threatening to remove Biden from the Texas ballot for spite. Clearly the right has no problem with removing candidates for no reason at all…only with removing their cult leader for a legitimate constitutional cause.

Cost of living 2001 vs today

cloudballoon says...

Stupid. A more appropriate comparison would be to show the US's inflation rate compared to other (advanced) countries.

Go look it up at places like https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/inflation-rate-by-country

Whether Obama/Trump/Biden; Pre- or Post-pandemic... the United States is doing fine... most advanced/developed countries in the G7/10/12 are doing far, FAR worse.

While stagnation and/or sustained deflation is worse, a country that goes into hyper-inflation (think Venezuela), like Trump like to do for his properties, is the worse.

The myopic lens, living-under-a-rock people like Bob goes through their lives, and how little they know of the world... man.... is sad & pathetic.

Trump spent at more than double the rate Biden has, and lowered federal income by trillions…Biden’s spending is largely infrastructure investments (like roads, bridges, internet, etc) that historically pay off 100 fold in the long term, not handouts to billionaires that take the money offshore never to be seen again, or “walls” that are really useless fences that don’t slow the increasing undocumented immigration one bit. Biden’s spending is better for America, not worse.
Your point?

😂 Way to drop your latest racist defense attempt for murderous cops like a molten steel potato after I poked it so full of holes there was nothing left. 😂

What are you talking about?
That’s the deal she offered under the first time offender program…cooperate, fulfill your lengthy probation and community service sentence and fines, and the charge is expunged. Until then it’s deferred. Fail to fulfill all the requirements or fail to fully cooperate with the prosecutors, you’re a felon and your probation gets revoked and trial starts, likely with you remanded. That’s how it works.
What do you think this means, bob?
Clearly you think it’s some loss somehow. Please explain yourself….by yourself, not with some internet troll video.
It’s a guilty plea that (legally, not in the court of public opinion or memory) goes away if conditions are met…like the others got. Did you not know or something? 😂
I would agree, they all should serve prison time so in that sense I feel it’s a small loss for justice, but also a bigger win.

They had been offered immunity deals with no fines, no probation, no community service, no guilty plea to felonies that stick if they don’t fulfill every requirement and no referral to the bar and instead went this route with all those repercussions and still are cooperating now. Sure sounds to me like they all lost big for no good reason.

The point is she now admits under oath that there was never any of the evidence she claimed, never a stolen election, and they knew it. She’s going to cooperate prosecuting the big fish, and will likely be disbarred for her lies.
How is that a loss, Bob? What?!? 🤦‍♂️

Not so hollow after all…in fact it’s atomic.

Edit: oh sweet zombie Jeebus…Trumps lawyers just filed in federal court in his Jan 6 trial claiming that he had not been charged with any crime in the case!

He’s charged with 4. 1 count of conspiracy to defraud the United States, 1 count of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, 1 count of obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and 1 count of conspiracy against rights.

This is his best defense…pretend he’s on trial for nothing because they have no defense to the charges. It’s not going to work.

How do you put on a defense against no charges? You don’t. 😂

Off Duty Pilot Attempts To Crash Alaskan Airlines Plane

From WIKI-
Horizon Air is an American regional airline headquartered in SeaTac, Washington, United States. The airline is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Alaska Air Group and it is paid by fellow group member Alaska Airlines to staff, operate and maintain aircraft used on flights that are scheduled, marketed and sold by Alaska Airlines. Planes operated by Horizon are co-branded as Alaska HORIZON in order to differentiate Horizon's planes from those operated by Alaska's other regional airline partner, SkyWest Airlines.

For @bobknight33-
Oof….Trump is actually arguing in court he can’t be barred from office because he didn’t take an oath to support the constitution, and wasn’t an officer of the United States (not sure what he thinks holding the office of president of the United States/Commander in Chief is then) so his coup attempt and fomenting then supporting an insurrection was legal!

Again, Trump is arguing in court that the president has no obligation to follow, preserve, protect, or defend the constitution despite taking the oath “will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

The judge disagreed. Trial starts Oct 30. This one you can say is just about stopping Trump from running again, but you can’t blame Democrats because it’s Republicans that filed against him in Colorado. D’oh!

I guess that means Joe is free to declare himself president for life with rights of succession in perpetuity! Thanks Trump! 😂

Ruh-roe…Trump’s business fraud case just exposed Ivanka for a $13 million tax fraud because they valued her penthouse at $21 million for loans and net worth but she only paid taxes on it at an $8 million valuation. That’s called tax fraud, WAY more than Hunter is being investigated over. Get ready, round two will be his children in court/prison. Couldn’t happen to a more deserving family. 😂

PS- I was right about Scalise. I seriously doubt rapist cohort (177 kids raped under his watch) Gym Jordan can do better with less support. Even republicans can’t work with republicans.

Bonus- Santos now says after he’s tossed out of congress he’s going to spill the beans on Republicans who he has mountains of dirt on. This is going to be fun. 😂

Second Bonus- Allen Weisselberg’s testimony yesterday may have unraveled a massive criminal conspiracy, including a $2 million severance on the condition he doesn’t cooperate with the prosecution…in writing! That’s the definition of obstruction, and idiot that he is Weisselberg perjured himself badly on the stand yesterday to the point where the DA paused his examination to decide how to prosecute him. May be a 5th criminal indictment for obstruction and witness tampering soon, and another stay in Rikers for Mr lifelong Trump CFO that has absolutely zero accounting knowledge…hide and watch! 😂

Democrat NYC, citizens fed up of Illegals

newtboy says...

Again, Bobby gets it 100% backwards. Not surprising since he gets 100% of his information from random internet trolls that make a living by lying to MAGgots. Can’t blame them, MAGgots will buy any stupid claim as long as it’s made up and nonsensical.

Democrats aren’t “all for illegals”, they are all for fixing the intentionally broken legal immigration system, but republicans block each and every attempt to fund border patrol or immigration courts, then go on tv and tell Latin America that America’s borders are wide open and they’re welcomed by most Americans and the government, then go on to blame those who say “the borders aren’t open and don’t come” for the people who show up. Just ludicrous….like everything bobby claims.

This manufactured “crisis” is 100% thanks to failed Republican border plans (like build the fence, and close the immigration courts), and the governor of Texas and Florida should be prosecuted for thousands of cases of trafficking undocumented aliens across state borders, a crime called Domestic Transporting: Subsection 1324(a)(1)(A)(ii) makes it a crime for any person, with knowledge or reckless disregard of the alien’s illegal immigration status, to transport an alien within the United States by any means of transportation, that has a penalty of up to 10 years per case, and he’s knowingly transported thousands.

Why don’t we just call righties what they are, idiotic criminal bigots.
