Bonus- Trump’s conspirators in Georgia are turning on him, including his fake electors. The Trump lawyer hired to represent all the fake electors has been removed because she wasn’t representing them she was protecting Trump, she wasn’t reporting that some wanted to turn in others for crimes (creating conflicts of interest), and she never told them they had been offered immunity if they testified (a disbarable offense).
Some others are joining Trump in his motions to quash indictments and special grand jury reports and to remove the DA….a terrible move because it ties them together and may be the straw that makes this a RICO case…meaning everyone involved can be found guilty of every serious crime involved…including Trump. Edit: bonus- Trump was just deposed in the Eugene Carrol rape case, and as a civil case he could invoke the 5th but the jury can assume guilt because he pleads the 5th, so he actually testified for 7 hours. Now that deposition, which included questions the answers to which Bragg wanted on the record before prosecuting Trump for bank and tax fraud for fraudulently over/under valuations properties for loans/taxes.
Suddenly not filing this case last year when the investigators brought it to him is genius, because otherwise the civil deposition wouldn’t have happened for years if ever and he would have less evidence.

Added bonus- WI republicans hijacked the emergency alert system during a blizzard/tornado outbreak to fake an emergency alert that was in fact a political ad against the Democratic Supreme Court candidate. More evidence that respect for laws, morals, and ethics aren’t part of the Republican Party.

In the Maralago stolen classified documents case the interaction between Trump and his lead attorney M. Evan Corcoran triggered the crime-fraud exception to pierce the attorney client privilege. He will have to testify, and has been referred to the DOJ for prosecution by the judge.

Oof. The Access Hollywood tape and his other victims CAN testify in Trump’s sexual assault case. He’s going to lose.

He’s also filed his defense in the Stormy Daniels case….he’s just going to deny it happened and claim he paid her for absolutely no reason (unlike many other public accusers that he didn’t pay).
