Teens React to....Nirvana
IMO, the best quote from that video: "They sound the same when they're live!"
That might be my main critique about any band. If they cant sound as good live, as they do on studio tracks, I have no respect for them. There are too many studio produced artists who suck when they perform live.
Heart - Barracuda Live 1977
Studio track on that one too. Not sure I've seen a truly live Barracuda. The Magic Man I posted recently had live vocals, that was sweet.
Not the same vid but a live performance in 77

What Ke$ha sounds like without her precious autotune
>> ^vaire2ube:
My point is
--- this sift description is deceptive (which it wouldn't be if one just sifted the AUDIO unaltered from CH, which also isnt confirmed to be really her but would be a lot of effort to fake...even though there is a fake one from CH with a convincing soundalike)
and
-- is pointless to use for any real point of comparison whatsoever.
This is essentially a mockery, and more accurately a bastardization and waste of everyones time.
A parody would attempt to be funny, you're correct... this video IS "funny", but the author was trying to mock the person sans cleverness... so i guess it would be a matter of opinion on that, really.
Also, its not a simple mix in context. If you read how he altered it, you will understand this.
any other questions??
This is exactly what the title says. Kesha without autotune. It's a live feed plus the music from the studio track. You can look up other versions of her singing this song live, it's almost exactly the same. No autotune.
The description of the mix is straightforward. He adjusted the music down a half step to match the pitch she sings it live. That's all.
Why don't you just admit that you misunderstood what the guy was writing in his description? This is a non-issue.

Nope. I like this one better though. I guess probably because it is the first one I heard. I'm not quite sure why they did it that way though.

This isn't the studio track on the album, is it?

Michael Jackson debuts Moonwalk - 1983 Motown Show
One more cue : You can even hear the music track fading out at the end.
Impressive dancer however. Shame that he had to lip-sync ; common practice or not, it sucks.
I'd rather listen to someone sing for real (with more conservatives movements) then watch someone dance on some studio track. Not much different then what Britney Spears and the rest are doing really...
Heart - 1977 - Barracuda
*promote ... I think it is a studio track too... but is this song its own thing or what? Its really quite a perfect creation if you ask me. Does this sound like anything else but Heart and Barracuda? There is so much good to this.
Pat Benatar: Heartbreaker (live on AB)
I have to wonder if that's all synched to the studio track. Maybe it isn't. If not. It's so dead on.

Comment hidden because you are ignoring dag. (show it anyway)
Is this a real live performance? Sounds like the studio track to me.
