Streakers and people running on the field is as much of a tradition as sports are. Since when did it become an issue of having to taze somebody? You chase him, everybody cheers the pursuit, you finally catch him, and then the show's over. Nobody is mad that somebody ran on the field, it's entertainment.

Never seen a video from the point of the streaker.

Taking a picture isn't illegal (freedom of the press?). However, abducting a kid, forcing them to strip in your house...etc...well that would be illegal and those 1s and 0s would then become evidence. Heres where you argument is wrong: you are at a baseball game filming the next batter, and all of a sudden a streaker runs out on the field. You later find out he was 17 and now you are a pedophile. Sorry but taking pictures isn't (shouldn't be) a crime.

I agree with you 100% here, but I don't see how that is consistent with what you are saying above. Arresting someone for their contents of their hard drive is like making it illegal to draw or write certain phrases or pictures on your own paper, with your own ink. Theres really just no way such a law wouldn't be a human rights violation.

At my school we had a tradition called primal scream. Everyone met on the quad at midnight the night before final exams began and screamed as loud as they could at the stroke of 12. There were usually fire jugglers, dancers, and breathers. And of course a plethora of streakers. Oh the streakers. One semester the streakers stormed the library to remind everyone too wrapped up in studying that we were there not just to put our noses to the grind stone 24 hours a day but to come together and celebrate ourselves and our world. Upvote for the memories and a reminder of the sense of community that one frequently loses after college...f*ck now my depressed.

Why are there only female streakers at big events.. why arn't there ever any when I'm playing chess or World of Warcraft!?
