Yeah, prometheus was visually stunning..but so many insane plot holes and was a complete mess otherwise

I'm surprised they rated Resurrection as high as they did...I loves me my Joss Whedon, but still...it was a pooper.

The 2nd half of Requiem was definitely shitty...but I thought the first half was decent In a weird way, I thought Requiem was better than the first AvP if only because I couldn't stand the sound effect for the plasma caster in AvP1

Took me a moment to realize when he talked about sound effects on "disks" he meant phonograph disks. I instantly thought CD's. D'Oh!

On a side note: He is really overdoing it with the visuals and sound effects.

Sound effects aside, he's really giving it to that guy's hand.

Hopefully next time they do this they actually mute the sound for the other video (I can clearly hear the original song playing, very lowly) and perhaps go one step further and edit out the original music and leave the small sound effects for the moving parts, etc...

It's great that that song fits this intro though...

*quality stuff. Some seriously awesome locations. Pity he cheapened it with asinine sound effects at the end. Did not like those sir, I did not.

But the range of places he flew that plane in was outstanding.

Oh god the nostalgia IT BURNS!! On another note, wow did they ever over/misuse the standard cartoon sound effects. I wonder how many of the other cartoons of my childhood are like that.

It doesn't take a huge amount to enthuse the knuckle-dragging, slack-jawed cretins that go to these shows.

I felt the same way. I couldnt stop watching it. I think for me it might have been the sound effects combined with what item was going to appear next.
