I wish I had a pickle

I don't think I would react that way at all. I care about people that get stepped on by others and not for the person doing the stepping. I don't think that cop should die for what he did but I would love to see some street justice on his ass for hitting a kid, fuck the gender issue. Hell even if it was an adult I'd still be saying wtf.

I just think its fucked up that cops can manhandle people, put people under arrest, or taze someone for talking back or not submitting and becoming their bitch for the duration of the stop. And if someone has the balls to help the person in trouble or the person in trouble resists in any way, the they are fucked. Don't matter if you were right or if the cop was using too much force or anything because if you put a finger on one of them your done. Because in the eyes of most people cops are gods among men.

In my eyes they are just regular damn people with a blue shit and a shiny little badge. And I know lots of people would agree that if you saw someone without that shiny badge treating especially a kid that way, youd want to kick his fuckin ass.

I would also like to say in this case he wasn't dealing with crack heads or dangerous people but kids who just got out of school and jaywalked across the street. It's obvious jaywalking doesn't warrant that type of response and according to the person that said they were there the cop started twisting her arm and then slammed her against the car for yelling back. Fuck that.

Y'know, i have visited peole in hospitals time and again, who were not related to me. You simply stroll into the hospital like you know where you are going, and walk into the fucking room. Following rules is for fucking idiots, I'm sorry-The fact that this issue ever came to the presidents desk, is mind-bogglin'.

Imagine a woman, being told that she is not related therefore, not allowed to visit a dying friend. She slinks into depression over a road-block, rather than taking imediate action against an absurd restriction/policy/etc.

This woman apparently had no skills to be able to get her way, and make the hospital staff BOW TO HER FUCKING DETERMINATION!. The way to deal with bullshit is civil disobediance. Enough people make noise, somethings gotta give-This is not insensitivity to the womans plight, she simply needed to drop a nut at key moments in the process.

The solution to problems is not more rules. There is only one rule. Love Under Will.

Oh and gay marriage?? Many more homosexuals who have been in monogamous relationships with their partners for years prior to all the activism associated with changing the marriage laws of states, would rather things stay they way they are-You don't need sanctions to live/love together, and the tax breaks are insignificant.

I havent been here long, signed up in Sept I think, at the request of a friend (Enoch) primarily because a project we worked on together was on the sift, and Im fairly certain I have wore out my video posting welcome on facebook lol this was a good outlet for me. Ive been more active for the past few months for much the same reasons. I generally keep my nose in my music and try to MYOB know what I mean? lol I do watch the docs and things particularly if they are recommended to me, but as a rule prefer not to comment or get into the melee of opinions people seem compelled to share. Theres some good members here, and theres some well... Douchebags here too. Myself I prefer to ignore the douchebaggery and post what I like, sift or no (mostly no lol)
I enjoy sharing with the few who enjoy the same things I do, but stay away from the drama, lifes to short to worry about people sitting in their underwear distributing opinions. Dont let it ruin the things you enjoy about the sift. Now I dont know the things surrounding your exit and return, havent been here long enough, but I do enjoy the things you post, and have appreciated the support you've shown towards the random crap I post lol. I recognize very few names as I surf around in here, but yours is one of them, if I see "choggie" I always have a peek at it and show it some love one little vote drop in a bucket, but lol its all we got.

Part of my legacy here on the site involves a very popular user who bailed when it was voted to allow me back-I am not positive that the reason for his departure was my return, but they guy was pretty adamant about not letting me back, as were some others....he and another user's bullshit were one of the reasons for my leaving as I did (breaking all the rules in the FAQ's in about 10 minutes)-The user in question, Kronosposiden it was told me by another user after the fact, that he has Asburger's....which explained a lot as to his focus on some crap I considered inconsequential at the time-Consequentially, there is some unspoken animosity towards me for this, and my manner here, which appears trollish to the untrained eye-All this to say that after coming back, i had found that the old guard of artistic, expressive, and energetic talent of the place which used to be a tight core, has been replaced by shut-in, insect, douchebags (mostly males who have never been kissed) and I simply can;t keep up with the onslaught-a barrage of crap, foreign to my sensibilities....I am gonna slink away from the place I fear, like so many others have.....cheers and sorry that I am unable to mark this message "private"...the only power that was not returned to me after my resurrection.

It is for a vitamin health drink. Japan is big on those things and has been for many years. That sort of thing is just starting to slink it's way into the US market. A popular drink over there is called Pocari Sweat. Sort of like Gatorade. The name sounds absolutely disgusting, but it really isn't too bad. Whether it has any real health benefits is up for question.

You can't walk 50 feet in Japan without running into a street vending machine for that sort of stuff. In the US, everything on the shelf is full of corn syrup or sugar. They have that too.. however, the unsweetened stuff in the US is always 'diet' and packed with fake sweeteners. In Japan the zero sugar drinks are much more easily found. Mostly teas and the like.

Never thought I'd get this far - I was really scratching and clawing for the last 80 or so. Music isn't the easiest thing to sift, but it just goes to show how open-minded people here are, giving my random choices a chance even if they'd never heard it before.

I admit I don't get sports a lot of the time.. whenever I see baseball, when the base person catches the ball the runner just sort of slinks off without them ever tagging them with the ball..
