McCoys - Hang on sloopy Vid with amazing girl.

Elle says...

There is new evidence to prove the identity of the Sloopy Girl Dancer. It is NOT Liz Agriss Derringer (Rick's ex-wife) nor is it Liz Brewer, the lady from Britain. It also is not Lisa Dalton that is a showgirl dancer who you can google.
It is however, Lisa Leonard Dalton, and sometime soon, Aug 2021, the video evidence and her story will be released. You can go to YouTube sites that show the video and as soon as it is completed, it will be linked there.

Madonna shows her butt to the crowd at Rome concert

chingalera says...

>> ^EvilDeathBee:

Kylie Minogue has a fantastic arse

Was thinking the very same thing about every five minutes ago which brings me to the POINT:
Madonna bared her withered stank-ass nipple in Turkey (irreverent cunt) on this same tour and now her schtick it seems is to exhibition her wares throughout the remainder of her talent-less career. Proof positive here though that she still has few years stripping for change.

Kylie?? She's of another realm altogether. Showgirl. Talented. Stylish. Hard and soft, fierce yet fragile. Minogue embodies the essence of showmanship and decorum. No compromise, unchanging. One of the shining gems of stardom that we are fortunate to have been witness to.

Madonna?? You may benefit from the part of the recluse for the rest of your tenure. Or else grow the fuck UP! Oh, you suck at acting as well. Try some lessons.

Paul Verhoeven discusses ROBOCOP - the american jesus

spoco2 says...

Verhoeven is a real hit and miss director for me. Robocop was an out of the ballpark classic homerun. No doubt there. Total Recall less so, but still a damn awesome film (Quaaaaaid).

Starship Troopers I loved at the time, but increasingly like less as it's very pro military (And I know that people hate the interpretation compared to the book, but I haven't read it).

I can't really recall my reaction to Basic Instinct and have never seen Showgirls

But Robocop... true classic

Paul Verhoeven discusses ROBOCOP - the american jesus

Eklek says...

text mtv.com:

A lot of things come to mind when the name Paul Verhoeven comes up. "Starship Troopers." "Total Recall." "RoboCop." "Basic Instinct." "Showgirls."

One thing that does not associate instantly with the talented filmmaker in my own mind, however, is Jesus Christ. And yet that's exactly who is the subject of Verhoeven's new book, "Jesus of Nazareth." The book takes a look at Jesus the man, considering how his words have been appropriated over hundreds of years. Verhoeven stopped by the office last week to chat with MTV's Josh Horowitz about the book and where it fits into other recent pop culture treatments of Jesus Christ. Check out video from the interview below then head over to MTV.com to check out the full report.

Dita Von Teese New Orleans Burlesque StripTease Performance

calvados says...

Hear ye, hear ye -- I wrote to Ms. von Teese's webmaster to invite the lady herself to join the discussion (a long shot, I know) and got this response:

Here is an excerpt from one of many interviews Dita has done and has been asked about the feminist issue. Se has no interest in reading online opinions of people regarding what she does. It's an age old argument, no one ever wins it!

Some feminists would say it imprisons women, would you agree?
This is always such a boring argument, and it doesn't have much merit considering that in fact, the majority of my fans are women. Over 80 percent of my website members are women. My fan letters come from women that are happy to embrace the spirit of glamour and sensuality, and to comsider an alternative form of sexy. And I understand that feminism is about equality and the right to choose. When you tell someone like me that I shouldn't be allowed to do what I love, because it hurts women, well, that's not a feminist ideal, is it, because then I'm not free, and I lose my equality. And also, when they make mainstream films, you know, the bigwigs and lawyers work out what showing the lead actress's tits are worth, her ass is worth, etc, etc ... they put dollar amounts on everything. How is this different? Should all nudity in film be censored if it's a woman? The feminist argument has no limits and therefore, I say it has no true merit. And above all the feminist arguments, I care only about preserving the age-old art of the showgirl.

Siskel & Ebert Review 'RoboCop'

AeroMechanical says...

Paul Verhoeven is pretty damn good (Showgirls aside), and this review hits it right on the money. A lot of people tend to miss the fact that his movies are largely black comedies.

I've seen interviews with him that made me question this though. In some it sort of seems that he misses that fact as well.

Best movie line ever - Chuck Norris

swampgirl says...

Showgirls movie line lever would be fun. Personally though, I'd love to have one at home for Excalibur.
