Yeah, the salt shaker when the girl was holding it was a magnet on the top of it holding the top to the glass. I'm not sure how he pulled it through. It might be a camera angle thing that makes it look more convincing.

And the last part was a coin sticker. He is the only one who rubs it on top. I imagine a sticker that looks like it has thickness gives the correct illusion.

If you watch the very first part when he first holds the coin, he is very bad a palming things and slight of hand. He also does the pointing with one finger thing while the other three are holding another object.
