Absolutely STUNNING nature timelapses
From the artist:
Man vs. Wild: Stop, Camel Time
finally a howto-guide i can really use! tripping over dead camels while walking through sandstorms has always been pretty annoying.
Man vs. Wild: Stop, Camel Time
yo really? how was gutting and dragging those guts across the desert necessary? Was there a sandstorm around? I refuse to believe that this was done for anything more than shock value and ratings.
What a tool, crawling inside a camel. lol

Darude - Feel the Beat
God all his shit sounds the same. He uses that same synth sound and modified his Sandstorm melody slightly. It's just as bad as Benny Benassi...
The Library Rave Flashmob
As a man whose been "being educated" for the last 22 years... yeah 22 years, no joke. (That's only 5 lesser than my age btw). This would be welcome entertainment even whilst "taking my education seriously." Seeing as how I foresee at least 3 more years of continued education (in various forms), I would LOVE to encounter this sort of insanity now and then.
Enjoy random craziness. It reminds you to take things a little less seriously and just LIVE while you learn. Living is what learning is about after all. Without a tad bit of craziness, college is just plain trade training. College is where you try to figure things out (in the long run). You need input in order to output.
BTW, that's "Darude - Sandstorm"... unfortunately.

Gotta say - it's a neat sentiment, but the library is absolutely the WRONG place for this. If you're in the library studying and a massive crowd of loud idiots suddenly comes in and breaks your concentration, you don't stop and say, "Wow, what an awesome gesture; I totally forgot that I need to relax sometimes!" Instead, you say, "What the F CK do these sons of whores think they're doing? F CK! I'm going to fail my test for sure now!" as you try desperately to keep concentrating on studying while the morons blast your eardrums out.
The library should be off-limits to this sort of shit, because the students in the library are trying to take their education and future seriously and haven't done anything to deserve being jarred out of their studies by an imbecilic mob.
Yes, I'm being curmudgeonly; yes, I'm too young to be curmudgeonly; no, I doubt my mind will change on this point.

All good TV shows get cancelled
I got frustrated with this show pretty early on but stuck with it till I realized it had no plot direction beyond being creepy and off kilter. I was never moved to relate to the characters and wouldn't have cared if all of them wandered through a sandstorm and fell straight through to creepy, mysterious hell. Meh.
Nice intro though.
Driving into a MONSTER dust storm in Australia
Lol, I was thinking they should be playing Sandstorm by Darude only to realize they are in fact listening to Trance. Nice.
Benny Benassi - Satisfaction (Original Video)
*obscure
I'll never forget the first time I heard this track. It was late at night at the restaurant where I worked. My manager was doing his paperwork in the office upstairs and I was just having a beer after my shift was over. I went up to hang out with him- he had the radio on a really crappy commercial pop station. But somehow this track came on. Jimmy's other job was as a club DJ at a quite popular nightclub in Halifax (The Argyle Bar and Grill) and it was the first time he had heard it too. It blew us away. Neither of us could believe what we were hearing.
We both knew then that it would be the next Darude - Sandstorm. Played to death. But it was a fantastic moment.

Dead video replaced.

Slight whiff of *dead in here.
What is this?
My opinion: It's not moving. It's an oil refinery stack that is flaring and the camera is moving in relation to it. They are either walking or in a vehicle and what we are seeing is somewhat an optical illusion. The refinery stack itself is hidden in a sandstorm or smog. That is all - a gas burnoff vent.
The First Person in the History of the World to Dance (SNL)
This isn't the original song that they played on SNL. Looks like someone redubbed the skit. Here is a link to the original skit with the song Sandstorm by Darude: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tE1I7cTJlnE
